Our Statements of Belief

Salvation: My Gathering Place International is a full gospel Ministry that believes Jesus Christ is Savior and Lord, the Son of God, the way, the truth and the Life. Jesus died on the Cross and rose again, conquering death, hades and the grave so we could have eternal life. (Romans 5:8 & Romans 7:23)

Water Baptism: Acts 2:41 – Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.

Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned. (Mark 16:16)

See, here is water; what doth hinder me to be baptized? And Philip said, If thou believeth with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.... And he baptized him. (Acts 8:36-38 KJV)

Evangelism: We have a yearly Christmas Outreach in Hollywood that has ministered to hundreds throughout the years by distributing Bibles, sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ, with many souls being born again, as well as, toys given out for the children.

Missions: The mission's outreach helps needy Jews make "aliyah", the return home to Israel, escaping extreme poverty and anti-Semitism from the former Soviet Union. We have also participated in meal delivery programs which provide hot meals and monthly food boxes, including packages with special items for the religious holidays of Passover, Rosh Hashanah. There are many outreach ministries that MGPI has given to including: The Dream Center in LA., The Light Ministries in Haiti and World Harvest Church with special Ministry outreach projects.

There are many outreach ministries that MGPI has given to including: ICAN Ministries (Missions) Wheel of Grace Unlimited - Haiti missions - Fire Place Fellowship .

"Sirs, what must I do to be saved?" They replied, "Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved."...He and all his family were baptized...they had come to believe in God. (Acts 16:30-34)
